UoC Foundation Scholarship
Open to new local students enrolling into eligible Foundation programmes at the University of Cyberjaya, with scholarships offering up to 100% tuition fee waiver.
Applicants must fulfil the minimum admission requirements for the selected Foundation programme.
Applicants must successfully complete the admission, assessment (if applicable), and enrolment process within the approved intake period.
Scholarship consideration is subject to the University's evaluation and approval process.
AMMA FoundationHOPE Initiative Scholarship
Open to Malaysian students applying for an eligible programme under the AMMA Foundation HOPE Initiative. Successful applicants will receive a 50% tuition fee waiver.
Applicants must fulfil the admission requirements of the selected University of Cyberjaya programme.
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria and selection requirements established by AMMA Foundation.
Scholarship recipients will be selected jointly by AMMA Foundation and the University of Cyberjaya in accordance with the HOPE Initiative guidelines.

MUKMIN Future Leaders Scholarship (MFLS)
Applicants must be part of the new student intake. They must successfully pass an interview or assessment conducted by MUKMIN. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) of Indian Muslim heritage. In addition, applicants must not be receiving any other full scholarship or equivalent funding support.
Age Requirement:
- Foundation / Diploma : 17–21 years old
- Degree Programmes : Up to 25 years old
- Master’s / Postgraduate Programmes: Up to 55 years old
Successful applicants may receive a tuition fee waiver ranging from 50% to 100%, depending on the scholarship award granted. This scholarship is provided by Pertubuhan Gabungan Mukmin Nasional (MUKMIN).

UoC Alumni Postgraduate Scholarship
Open to University of Cyberjaya alumni enrolling into an eligible Master's or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme. Successful applicants may receive an additional tuition fee waiver of up to 30%.
Applicants must have successfully graduated from a programme offered by the University of Cyberjaya.
Applicants must fulfil the admission requirements for the selected postgraduate programme.
UoC Staff & Family Discount
Open to eligible University of Cyberjaya staff members and their immediate family members enrolling into eligible programmes at the University of Cyberjaya. Successful applicants may receive an additional tuition fee waiver ranging from 10% to 100%.
Applicants must fulfil the admission requirements for the selected programme.
Applicants must provide relevant supporting documents to verify staff employment status and family relationship, where applicable.
UoC Golden Bursary Award
Open to new local students enrolling into eligible programmes at the University of Cyberjaya.
- Eligible programmes: All programmes except MBBS, Master of Clinical Psychology (MClinPsy), Bachelor of Chiropractic (BChiro), and Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhysio) programmes.
- Scholarship Awarded : Up to 50% Tuition fee waiver
Malaysian senior citizens (aged 60 and above during the date of registration) OR disabled Malaysian citizens (with OKU card).
Applicants must :
- Fulfil the minimum admission requirements for the selected programme.
- Successfully complete the admission and enrolment process within the approved intake period.
Applicants may be assessed based on academic achievement, financial considerations, or other criteria determined by the University.
Scholarship consideration is subject to the University's assessment and approval process.
UoC Future Chiropractic Professional Scholarship
Open to new local students enrolling into the Bachelor of Chiropractic (Hons) programme at the University of Cyberjaya. Successful applicants will be awarded an additional RM50,000 tuition fee waiver scholarship.
Achieved a minimum CGPA of 3.00 in STPM, A-Level, Foundation, Matriculation, or equivalent qualifications.
Successfully fulfil the admission requirements and selection process for the Bachelor of Chiropractic (Hons) programme.
UoC Research Excellence Scholarship
Open to new local students enrolling into an eligible programme at University of Cyberjaya. Successful applicants will be awarded an additional RM5,000 tuition fee waiver. Eligible programmes include:

UoC Leadership Development Award
Open to new local students enrolling into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Open & Distance Learning) or Master of Science in Occupational Safety & Health Management (ODL) programmes at the University of Cyberjaya.
Eligible students will receive an additional tuition fee waiver of RM5,500 for the MBA (ODL) programme or RM2,000 for the MOSH (ODL) programme.
Applicants must fulfil the University's admission requirements for the selected programme.
Applicants must successfully complete the admission and enrolment process within the approved intake period.
UoC Clinical Pharmacy Professional Award

UoC Future Finance Professional Award
Open to new local students enrolling into the Bachelor in Accounting & Finance (Hons) programme at the University of Cyberjaya.
Applicants must fulfil the minimum academic and admission requirements for the Bachelor in Accounting & Finance (Hons) programme.
Applicants must successfully complete the admission and enrolment process within the approved intake period.

UoC Talent Scholarship
Open to new local students enrolling into an eligible programme at the University of Cyberjaya. Eligible programmes include all programmes offered by the University of Cyberjaya, except Foundation, Certificate, and ODL programmes. Successful applicants will receive a RM5,000 tuition fee waiver for state-level achievements or a RM10,000 tuition fee waiver for national-level achievements.
Applicants must demonstrate outstanding achievement in recognised talent areas, including but not limited to:
- Sports
- Debate and public speaking
- Leadership and student organisations
- Performing arts and creative activities
- Innovation, entrepreneurship, and competitions
- Community service and social impact activities
Applicants must provide valid supporting documents, such as certificates, awards, competition results, or official recognition letters.
Diploma Accommodation Support Scheme
Open to new local students enrolling into selected Diploma programmes at the University of Cyberjaya. The scholarship awarded includes RM3,000 in accommodation support through a fee waiver, equivalent to RM250 per month for 12 months.
Applicants must register for University of Cyberjaya-managed accommodation.
Priority may be given to:
- Students from outside Cyberjaya/Klang Valley.
- Students enrolling within the approved intake period.
PharmaRISE Scholarship
Open to new local students enrolling into the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) programme at the University of Cyberjaya.
Achieve a minimum CGPA of 3.00 in STPM, A-Level, Foundation, Matriculation, or equivalent qualifications.
Successfully fulfil the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) admission requirements and selection process.

UoC Nursing Scholarship with Partner Hospitals
Malaysian students stand a chance to receive a FULL Nursing degree or diploma scholarship with a guaranteed job at one of our partner hospitals when they apply for our Nursing programme! Scholarships cover full tuition fees, accommodation, uniform allowances up to RM1,500 monthly stipend. UoC Foundation Scholarship (worth 100%)
Enjoy a full scholarship for our Foundation programme leading to a degree in psychology, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, physiotherapy, occupational safety and health and more.
This scholarship covers up to 100% of your tuition fees for the foundation programme, as long as the student registers for their undergraduate programme at UoC. This scholarship is applicable to Malaysian citizens only.
MRC Scholarship Awards
The MRC Scholarship is a scholarship offered by Malaysian Rubber Council, open to all Malaysians who wish to continue their studies.
Yayasan Bank Rakyat
Yayasan Bank Rakyat offers scholarships and education loans for Doctoral Degrees, Master’s Degrees, Bachelor’s Degrees, Diplomas and Skill Certificates.
Yayasan Sime Darby
Yayasan Sime Darby is a philanthropic arm of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, Sime Darby Property Berhad and Sime Darby Berhad. They offer scholarships to outstanding and deserving individuals to promote and advance the underprivileged.
Affin Bank (Affin Education Financing-i)
AFFIN Education Financing-i is a Shariah-compliant scheme designed specially for qualified individuals of selected University or College duly approved by the Bank to obtain financial assistance for their education plan. Based on the concept of Ijarah, the financing will cover their education programme for a truly seamless study experience.
Maju Institute of Educational Development
To qualify for this study loan programme, applicants must be a Malaysian citizen, full-time student with a good academic record and preferably active in extracurricular activities. Students must also apply for the PTPTN loan prior to applying with this programme. Applicants who met the socio-economic status of the family will also be taken into account.
Koperasi Jayadiri Malaysia Berhad
The Koperasi Jayadiri Malaysia Berhad education loan provides a variety of education loan schemes and packages tailored to the needs of students pursuing a diploma, degree, or postgraduate degree for both full-time and part-time students
Malaysian Community and Education Foundation (MCEF)
The primary objective of the Foundation is to provide financial assistance to Malaysian Individual applicants who have either inadequate or no other means of financial support to pursue their education in recognised institutions of higher learning. The programme is intended to achieve a broad socio-economic objective and to maximise the spreads of beneficiaries. It is not designed to fully support the total cost of the education for any applicant.

OCBC Earn&Learn Education Loan
This unique education loan from OCBC Bank allows you to pledge your Fixed Deposit with the bank to double your education budget. This loan requires no legal fees and provides you with Fixed Deposit interest for a loan tenure of up to 10 years. You also have the option to service only the interest for first 3 years.
Tunku Abdul Rahman Scholarship
The Tunku Abdul Rahman Scholarship is open to all Malaysians, especially high-potential students with a commitment to contribute to the development of Malaysia.
Sistem Pinjaman Pengajian Tinggi Perak (SPPTP)
This loan is offered to Malaysians especially those born in Perak and are enthusiastic about contributing to the progress of the state.
Lembaga Tabung Amanah Pinjaman Penuntut Negeri Pulau Pinang (LTAPPNPP)
Students who are interested to apply must be born in Penang or at least have attended school for 5 years in Penang. Students may apply for loans for Certificate, Diploma, Diploma PJJ, First Degree, PJJ Degree, Master and PhD.
Malaysian Technical and Cooperation Programme (MTCP)
The MTCP Scholarship for Post-Graduate Studies provides opportunities for students to pursue advanced academic study in Malaysia. This scholarship is a Government-to-Government basis, without any bond imposed by Malaysia. Scholarships are intended for promising candidates who may be expected to make a significant contribution to their own countries upon their return.
National Higher Education Loan Fund (PTPTN)
Students applying to study at the University of Cyberjaya are eligible for PTPTN funding. The quantum approved by PTPTN depends on the applicant’s parents’ monthly household income. This aid is open to Malaysians only.
University of Cyberjaya's Golden Bursary
Up to 50% tuition fee waiver for Malaysian senior citizens (aged 60 and above during the date of registration) and disabled Malaysian citizens (with OKU card).
This bursary is not applicable for the following programmes:
- All Foundation programmes
- Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons)
- Bachelor in Physiotherapy (Hons)
General Scholarship Terms & Conditions
- Scholarships are open to new students who have received an official offer of admission from the University of Cyberjaya for the approved intake period.
- Applicants must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified for each scholarship category. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee the award of a scholarship unless otherwise stated.
- All scholarship applications are subject to evaluation, verification, and approval by the University. The University reserves the right to conduct assessments, interviews, or any selection process deemed necessary.
- Applicants are required to submit complete and accurate information together with the required supporting documents. The University reserves the right to reject or withdraw any scholarship application if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
- Scholarships are awarded based on the approved quota, budget allocation, and availability of funds. The University reserves the right to award a scholarship amount different from the published value where applicable.
- Each student is entitled to receive only one (1) University scholarship or tuition fee waiver at any one time, unless otherwise approved by the University.
- Scholarships are provided in the form of tuition fee waiver, registration fee waiver, or other approved benefits as stated under the respective scholarship category. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
- Scholarships and tuition fee waivers do not cover fees arising from subject repeat, resit, replacement, or any other charges not specified under the scholarship award.
- Students remain responsible for payment of any fees, charges, or expenses not covered under the scholarship award.
- Scholarship recipients are required to maintain satisfactory academic performance, good conduct, and comply with all University rules, regulations, and scholarship requirements throughout their study period.
- The University reserves the right to suspend or revoke the scholarship in the event of withdrawal, termination of student status, programme transfer, breach of University regulations, or failure to comply with scholarship terms and conditions. Recipients may be required to repay any scholarship benefits received, where applicable.
- Scholarship recipients may be required to participate in University activities, including promotional, engagement, or marketing initiatives organised by the University.
- Scholarships are awarded on a first-approved, first-served basis where applicable and are subject to the availability of the approved quota.
- Successful scholarship recipients must accept and comply with the terms stated in the Scholarship Acceptance Agreement or Letter of Award issued by the University.
- The University reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any scholarship scheme, including eligibility criteria, award value, quota, and terms, without prior notice.
