The awards are multi-functional, multi-disciplinary, and industry-focused, recognising “Tigers” across marketing, branding, corporate social responsibility (CSR), social innovation, education, and academia at all leadership levels.

With almost 30 years of experience in academia, including lecturing, research, publication, and leadership in higher education management, Professor Rosnah Ismail is a passionate academic dedicated to advancing quality psychology education in and beyond the classroom. She is also committed to promoting holistic education, while instilling the importance of contributing back to society.

She has published extensively in leading journals, books, monographs, and conference proceedings, and actively conducts research in psychology and mental health to enhance quality of life and societal well-being.

Upon receiving the award, Professor Rosnah expressed her appreciation, noting that she was humbled by the recognition.

“I am truly humbled and honoured by this award, something I least expected to receive,” she said. “I believe that delivering high-quality, holistic education helps empower individuals, who in turn can contribute towards building a better society and driving social and mental change.”

This recognition reflects the UOC’s continued commitment to academic excellence and leadership in higher education. It highlights UOC’s strength in nurturing distinguished academics who contribute meaningfully to their fields, while also reinforcing the university’s role in advancing innovative, holistic education that creates real-world impact across both national and international level.
