University of Cyberjaya Unveils the Chancellor's Scholarship for Community-Engaged Students

The University of Cyberjaya (UoC) is thrilled to announce the launch of the UoC Chancellor’s Scholarship in celebration of its 20th anniversary next year. This prestigious initiative recognises outstanding students engaged in their communities and aligns with the University’s vision of transforming societies through holistic learning.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Noor Hisham, the Chancellor of the University of Cyberjaya, expressed his pride in this initiative: “In celebration of this legacy, I am proud to announce the launch of the UoC Chancellor’s Scholarship—an initiative aimed at recognising and supporting community-engaged students who share our vision for a better tomorrow. This scholarship is a testament to our belief that education is not just about acquiring knowledge; it is a powerful tool for nurturing empathy, leadership, and active citizenship.”

The UoC Chancellor’s Scholarships are available for most undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the University, particularly benefiting fields aligned with community service, such as health sciences and social work. This initiative allows scholars to thrive in an environment where academic excellence and community involvement go hand in hand.

Open to all Malaysians, these scholarships will cover 50% of the total tuition fees, with a total allocation of RM600,000. This generous support illustrates UoC’s commitment to providing high-quality education and ensuring that higher learning is accessible to deserving students.
