At the opening ceremony, Prof. Dr. Gan Siew Hua, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Cyberjaya, shared: "Our partnership will open doors for future opportunities in academic collaboration, joint research, and student exchanges. We are proud that this programme serves as a bridge between Malaysia and the Philippines, allowing us to learn from one another, share best practices, and explore innovative approaches in the fascinating field of cosmetic formulations."
