“The outstanding results of the 2024 MoHE Graduate Tracer Study affirm the University of Cyberjaya’s steadfast commitment to student success. A 94.5% Graduate Employment rate and 94.8% Graduate Marketability are clear indicators of the strength of our industry-relevant programmes and the quality of our academic environment. We are proud to produce graduates who are more than just job-ready—they are future-ready: equipped with the mindset, skills, and vision to lead, to innovate, and to make a lasting difference in a fast-changing world.” — Professor Dr. David Whitford, Vice-Chancellor, University of Cyberjaya
The Graduate Tracer Study, conducted annually by the Ministry of Higher Education, provides valuable insights into graduate outcomes across Malaysian institutions. It serves as an important benchmark for universities to assess how well their programmes support student success beyond graduation in employment, further education and professional growth.
At UoC, these results reflect the collaborative efforts between academic staff, our graduates, and industry partners. They also affirm the impact of our academic structure, student support systems, and industry engagement in shaping well-rounded graduates.
One of the key drivers behind this success is our industry-informed curriculum. Each programme is developed in close consultation with sector experts and the government to ensure it remains relevant and practical. By bridging academic theory with current market needs, we help equip our graduates with the critical skills, competencies and mindset needed to navigate today’s dynamic workforce.
As we celebrate this milestone, we remain grounded in our mission to continuously enhance our programmes, support our students and nurture graduates who are ready to lead, innovate and make a positive impact wherever they go.
