Cyberjaya, 28 May - University of Cyberjaya (UoC) and AdipoLABs Healthcare (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of AdipoLABs Co Ltd, Republic of Korea, have joined forces in a strategic partnership to advance physiotherapy education and research in Malaysia. The collaboration, marked by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), took place at a ceremony held on the University of Cyberjaya campus on 8 May 2024.
AdipoLABs Healthcare (M) Sdn Bhd has generously donated cutting-edge medical devices to University of Cyberjaya's Physiotherapy programme as part of the partnership. These include the Pain Bot, a specialised device valued at USD 60,000 designed for chronic pain management, and the Hiper1000, a deep tissue therapy device valued at USD 10,000 known for its precise and effective heating capabilities. These advanced tools will provide University of Cyberjaya's students with invaluable hands-on experience and equip them with the latest advancements in physiotherapy technology.
