Our collaboration with the University of Cyberjaya made natural sense for us. Beyond the convenience of being close to our offices, we’ve been consistently impressed by the quality of their physiotherapy students. The partnership allows us to provide internships, identify promising talents, and train them for potential roles across our clinics in the Klang Valley.

UoC graduates stand out because they are articulate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, present themselves professionally, and demonstrate confidence and strong soft skills. In physiotherapy, which is fundamentally a people-centred profession, these qualities are just as important as clinical knowledge.

While technology continues to evolve — with advancements in AI and robotics — the ability to genuinely care for patients and communicate effectively will always remain at the heart of successful physiotherapy practice.

University of Cyberjaya stands out among other universities because of its academic structure, where exams are held towards the end of the course. This allows students to begin working with us during their exams and creates a continuous pool of talent. If they perform well, they are often taken on as permanent employees, which I think is a very good.

From my personal collaboration with University of Cyberjaya students, they are very good at articulating their thoughts, sharing ideas, receiving feedback, and also giving feedback. They are proactive in their work, they don’t wait to be guided, and they are ready to engage with higher-ups, which is something we truly value in our workspace.

In our department, knowledge of 3D solutions is definitely an added advantage. Students who keep up with technology and trends in 3D applications are especially well-suited for this industry.

Overall, what we look for is not only academic background, but also passion for learning, initiative, and a genuine interest in helping others, because behind this journey, we are impacting real people.
