The Faculty of Business and Technology (FOBT) at the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) recently hosted an engaging session featuring Adjunct Professor and CEO of AdipoLABs Co., Ltd., Mr Han Sung Ho, as part of its ongoing commitment to industry-driven education.
Delivering a talk titled “From Seoul to Success: Korean Strategy for World-Class Operations”, Mr Han addressed more than 140 first-year Business students, sharing his wealth of experience as a seasoned entrepreneur in the medical device manufacturing industry, with over 14 years in the field and nearly 20 registered patents to his name.
Drawing from his entrepreneurial journey, Mr Han shared practical lessons on what drives success in the global marketplace — blending strategic innovation, disciplined execution, and a global perspective to achieve sustainable growth.
His three keys to success were especially impactful:

It bridges the gap between theory and practice, empowering our students with the confidence and practical knowledge to lead in an increasingly competitive global business landscape.”
The University of Cyberjaya’s commitment to industry collaboration positions FOBT as a hub for innovative, entrepreneurial, and globally minded education.
