AAICP 2017 promotes sustainable development through dialogue and partnership with stakeholders
Prof. Dato' Dr. Mohammad Abdul Razak, President of Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences was the Keynote Speaker at the 8th International Conference of Asian Association of Indigenous and Cultural Psychology (AAICP) 2017. The objective of this conference was to promote creativity and innovation through indigenous and cultural knowledge on sustainable development and promote health and well-being.
The conference was hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University, Makassar, Indonesia on 21 -23 Aug 2017. With the theme “Entrepreneurship, Team management, and Organizational Effectiveness: Promoting sustainable development through creativity, innovation and indigenous knowledge.” Prof. Dato' delivered his paper entitled "Innovation and Entrepreneurship to promote Medical Science: Orthopedics at the Frontline in Invention and Commercialization".
AAICP 2017 promotes sustainable development through dialogue and partnership with stakeholders including academic institutions and associations, companies and industries, NGOs, media, government agencies and the general public. It involves working together in developing ideas for finding creative solutions, innovative research, product development, education, training, and lifestyle.
The conference was attended by more than 300 participants from Germany, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, UK, Australia, Philippines, & Indonesia.
