Applicants must be part of the new student intake. They must successfully pass an interview or assessment conducted by MUKMIN. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) of Indian Muslim heritage. In addition, applicants must not be receiving any other full scholarship or equivalent funding support.

Age Requirement:

• Foundation / Diploma : 17–21 years old 
• Degree Programmes : Up to 25 years old 
• Master’s / Postgraduate Programmes: Up to 55 years old

Successful applicants may receive a tuition fee waiver ranging from 50% to 100%, depending on the scholarship award granted. This scholarship is provided by Pertubuhan Gabungan Mukmin Nasional (MUKMIN).
