- Open to new local students enrolling into an eligible programme at the University of Cyberjaya. Eligible programmes include all programmes offered by the University of Cyberjaya, except Foundation, Certificate, and ODL programmes.
- Successful applicants will receive a RM5,000 tuition fee waiver for state-level achievements or a RM10,000 tuition fee waiver for national-level achievements.
- Applicants must demonstrate outstanding achievement in recognised talent areas, including but not limited to:
- Sports
- Debate and public speaking
- Leadership and student organisations
- Performing arts and creative activities
- Innovation, entrepreneurship, and competitions
- Community service and social impact activities
Applicants must provide valid supporting documents, such as certificates, awards, competition results, or official recognition letters.
