Associate Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Usman Mhaisker, Dean of the Faculty of Traditional and Complementary Medicine at the University of Cyberjaya, has been awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence in the Field of Homeopathy/Society. This honour was conferred by Sonajirao Kshirsagar Homeopathic Medical College in Maharashtra, India, during their Golden Jubilee celebration on 15 September 2024.
Presented by Jaidatta Kshirsagar, Ex-Minister of Maharashtra and Secretary of Adarash Shikshan Sanstha Beed, Dr. Ibrahim received the award at his alma mater, recognising his outstanding contributions to homeopathy education and his significant impact on society worldwide.
"I am deeply grateful for this acknowledgement and look forward to continuing my efforts in advancing homeopathic medicine and education," said Dr. Ibrahim, reflecting on the honour.
After earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Homeopathy in 2002, Dr. Ibrahim has dedicated his career to enhancing the practice and understanding of homeopathy. His leadership in the Faculty of Traditional and Complementary Medicine at the University of Cyberjaya is instrumental in shaping the future of complementary medicine in the region.
