Yayasan Bank Rakyat offers scholarships and education loans for Doctoral Degrees, Master’s Degrees, Bachelor’s Degrees, Diplomas and Skill Certificates.

Yayasan Sime Darby is a philanthropic arm of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad, Sime Darby Property Berhad and Sime Darby Berhad. They offer scholarships to outstanding and deserving individuals to promote and advance the underprivileged.

AFFIN Education Financing-i is a Shariah-compliant scheme designed specially for qualified individuals of selected University or College duly approved by the Bank to obtain financial assistance for their education plan. Based on the concept of Ijarah, the financing will cover their education programme for a truly seamless study experience.

To qualify for this study loan programme, applicants must be a Malaysian citizen, full-time student with a good academic record and preferably active in extracurricular activities. Students must also apply for the PTPTN loan prior to applying with this programme. Applicants who met the socio-economic status of the family will also be taken into account.

The Koperasi Jayadiri Malaysia Berhad education loan provides a variety of education loan schemes and packages tailored to the needs of students pursuing a diploma, degree, or postgraduate degree for both full-time and part-time students

The primary objective of the Foundation is to provide financial assistance to Malaysian Individual applicants who have either inadequate or no other means of financial support to pursue their education in recognised institutions of higher learning. The programme is intended to achieve a broad socio-economic objective and to maximise the spreads of beneficiaries. It is not designed to fully support the total cost of the education for any applicant.

This loan requires no legal fees and provides you with Fixed Deposit interest for a loan tenure of up to 10 years. You also have the option to service only the interest for first 3 years.

The Indus Foundation provides financial assistance in the form of fellowships, scholarships, loans, bursaries, medals and prizes to deserving Malaysian students, particularly from underserved Malaysian communities, for them to pursue higher education, at pre-university, undergraduate and post-graduate levels

Skolafund is web platform for students, especially the ones in need, to crowdfund their scholarships for higher education. Skola Fund aims to make higher education affordable and accessible to all. Students apply directly with the Fund and then post their requirements online.

The JPA Scholarship is a scholarship offered by Malaysia Public Service, open to all Malaysians who wish to continue their studies.

The Tunku Abdul Rahman Scholarship is open to all Malaysians, especially high-potential students with a commitment to contribute to the development of Malaysia.

This loan is offered to Malaysians especially those born in Perak and are enthusiastic about contributing to the progress of the state.

Students who are interested to apply must be born in Penang or at least have attended school for 5 years in Penang. Students may apply for loans for Certificate, Diploma, Diploma PJJ, First Degree, PJJ Degree, Master and PhD.

The Tunku Abdul Rahman Scholarship (BTAR) is an undergraduate degree scholarship open to high potential, deserving students with a strong ambition to contribute to the development of Malaysia. As the Scholarship focuses on holistic development and value-based excellence, recipients of the Scholarship will undergo a 2-year leadership programme to make a positive impact in their communities now and in the future.

It is a Shariah-compliant scheme designed specially for qualified individuals to obtain financial asisstance for their education plan. Based on the concept of Ijarah, the financing will cover their education programme for a truly seamless study experience.

Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera is an initiative under the Bumiputera Economic Transformation Plan, which was launched under the Economic Planning Unit with a focus on strengthening capacity building for the Bumiputera community. The Foundation aims to improve Bumiputera talents through educational support.

The MTCP Scholarship for Post-Graduate Studies provides opportunities for students to pursue advanced academic study in Malaysia. This scholarship is a Government-to-Government basis, without any bond imposed by Malaysia. Scholarships are intended for promising candidates who may be expected to make a significant contribution to their own countries upon their return.

Students applying to study at the University of Cyberjaya are eligible for PTPTN funding. The quantum approved by PTPTN depends on the applicant’s parents’ monthly household income. This aid is open to Malaysians only.

Up to 50% tuition fee waiver for Malaysian senior citizens (aged 60 and above during the date of registration) and disabled Malaysian citizens (with OKU card).

This bursary is not applicable for the following programmes:

A range of scholarships are available for high-achieving students who apply to study at the University of Cyberjaya. These scholarships are based on merit and must be applied for at the point of registering to study at University of Cyberjaya. Scholarships are provided on a limited-time basis each year. Financial aid is provided by the Palan Foundation to aid promising students from low-income families pursue their dreams of obtaining a higher education. The award of this aid is at the discretion of the Foundation and will depend on the financial standing of the applicant’s family.

Bursary awards are available for high-achieving students who are from low-income families. Bursary awards are provided on a limited-time basis each year, for selected programmes only. For the latest information, please contact the Marketing Department.

We offer up to 15% tuition fee waiver for eligible students for Business Programmes. This offers only available for a limited time and seats, contact our recruitment team to know more about this scholarship.

We are now offering a partial scholarship of 50% for our Foundation in Science leading to a degree in MBBS. This is applicable to Malaysian applicants only.
